Return Policy

At Pink Manor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return due to Product Out of Stock: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the product you ordered is out of stock, we will process a full refund for the amount paid. You will be notified as soon as possible if this situation occurs.

2. Exchange of Products: If you wish to exchange your purchased product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

3. Fraudulent Returns: We reserve the right to deny any request for return or exchange if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the product has been used, damaged, or altered.

4. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

5. Proof of Purchase: To process a return or exchange, we may require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

6. Return Window: You must initiate the return or exchange process within 2 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your order tracking.

Since we import the products from our suppliers after a customer places an order, please allow 25-30 working days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and the availability of the product. We will do our best to keep you informed about any delays or issues with your order.

We offer standard shipping within Pakistan. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
